A literature selection for all your children grades K-2, 3+, and 5-8  that “fits” with the historical topic scheduled each week.  These books may be purchased or checked out from the library depending upon your family’s preference.  Occasional out-of-print selections have been chosen when they are a “must read”, and when possible, an in-print alternative is listed.

A family read-aloud literature selection that promotes discipleship  Scheduled approximately one book a month is a literature selection to immerse the whole family in the historical period of study.  Chosen whenever possible for their spiritual as well as literary value, these titles will encourage discussion with your children about choices that honor God and character qualities worthy of emulation.
