How to Redownload your Ebook

1. Go to www.biblioplan.net and click on On line Ordering

2. Click on Log Yourself In and enter your email address and password.

3. Click on My Account at the top right of your screen.  It will take you to My Account Information page

4. You will see a listing of all your orders. Click the View button to see each order again.

5. Near the bottom of the middle section, you will see Download links. You can click on the ebook link to redownload. 

If you still are having problems, email us. Include your phone number as a back up in case we're unable to reply to your e-mail. We respond within 24 hours.
